Motbo offers complimentary returns within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery. Items to be returned are required to be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Any sign of a used, washed, altered, or damaged product will not be eligible for return.
● To return an item, pleases end an email to customercare@themotbo.com and state your reasons for returning.
● Once our customer service team has reviewed your request, you will be informed via email and a prepaid shipping label will also be delivered to you via email.
● Please carefully wrap the item to be returned and place it inside its original package to prevent damage
● Attach the prepaid shipping label along the original package and drop off at your most convenient post office location (determined by your return label)
Items returned without first being reviewed and approved by motbo’s customer service team will not be accepted
We will inspect all returned items upon receipt to ensure our policy and standard are met. Accepted items will be refunded to the original method of payment or store credit per the customer’s request. Nether the less, if the returned items do not meet our policy and standard, we will send back your items and a refund will not be processed. Returns may take up to 3-5 business days to process once arrived at our facility. An email confirmation will be sent to you once it is processed. Refunds may take up to 10 days depending on your banking institution.
